Born and raised in the Netherlands, Vincent Nobel was educated at Sciences-Po Paris in France and Maastricht University in the Netherlands where he studied Political Science and Finance respectively. After graduation he moved to London to pursue a career in real estate finance. After several years working for Barclays where he successfully structured and executed real estate lending transactions across Europe, he moved to M&G in 2011 to help set up the new senior real estate lending team. In 2015 he moved to Hermes Investment Management (now Federated Hermes ltd) to set up and lead its new real estate lending team. Vincent is an Executive Director in the investment team at Federated Hermes and is responsible for setting and executing real estate debt investment strategy, as well as leadership of the real estate lending team.
Currently Vincent is also chairman of the 7 Eiken Dutch primary school in Sevenoaks which provides weekly after-school Dutch language lessons to children with at least one Dutch or Flemish parent. He lives in Penshurst, Kent with his wife and two children.
