IT Technician

Accountable to:  Head of IT and AV

Location: 21 Albemarle Street, London 

Contract type: Permanent, Part-time (14 hours) or 0.4 FTE

Salary: c £30,000 per annum (actual salary of £12,000 for 14 hours)

Our Grade I listed building in Mayfair is also a busy and vibrant events venue, offering the perfect location for private and corporate events. Our historic Georgian rooms with fine portraits and original features and contemporary spaces are all equipped with a wide variety of AV technology to suit the clients’ needs.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Head of IT providing first line IT support for our internal users. This will include onboarding new starters, exiting leavers, testing new equipment and services, monitoring network performance and championing best practice IT. You will also assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365 applications and basic Salesforce Admin tasks.

The successful applicant will have at least a year’s work experience (or volunteering) in a professional IT role, good technical knowledge of Office 365 Administration, Microsoft Azure and Intune. A working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, would be ideal.  An enthusiastic, hands on approach, a willingness to learn and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders is imperative.
